Nixon Yebei

Nixon is the Chief Executive at PeakInsights and is in charge of providing overall leadership to the organization. He is a management and entrepreneurship expert with bias in strategy consulting, systems strengthening, organizational performance improvement and leadership development. He has over 10 years of multi-faceted experience, working and consulting for different local and global organizations. He has proven track record of delivering pragmatic and effective business solutions and strategies geared towards business transformation and excellence.

His professional experience is supported by a strong academic background with a master’s degree in Business from Strathmore University, Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Moi University as well as an advanced professional certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University.

Janet Jematia

Janet is the Partner in charge of Accounting Services at PeakInsights. She has over 10 years of experience spanning financial management, general management and consulting in both commercial and Not for Profit Organizations. She possesses a wealth of experience that spans across several competencies including financial management & reporting, accounting operations, auditing, strategy consulting, development of operational manuals, training and capacity building.

Mrs. Kipkulei also serves as a mentor and she is passionate about mentorship and good leadership. She currently mentors young women at Emerging Leaders Foundation, some of whom are in various leadership positions in their organizations.

Her professional experience is supported by a strong academic background with a masters in Finance & Investment Analysis and a Bachelors’ degree in Finance both from the University of Nairobi. Janet is also a Certified Public Accountant and has a professional certificate in Strategic Leadership & Governance from the Pan African Christian University

Elijah Yegon

Elijah is passionate about service excellence and he boasts of immense experience cutting across several competencies including sales, market analysis & forecasting, relationship management, strategy formulation as well as project management.

His professional experience is supported by a strong academic background with a Masters in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelors’ degree in Economics and Statistics from Kenyatta University.

Elijah is the operations lead at PeakInsights.

Diana Achoka

Diana is the Commercial lead at PeakInsights, in charge of business development, strategic partnerships, communication and customer experience. She is an experienced banker from Nairobi, Kenya. During her stance working at Stanbic Bank Kenya, she earned accreditation by Standard Bank of South Africa for competency and consistency in advanced financial analysis and lending in corporate banking. She is passionate about economic empowerment for developing nations through entrepreneurship.

She holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from United States International University. She is an active member of the East Africa Loans Market Association an organization whose key objective is improving liquidity, efficiency and transparency in the primary and secondary syndicated loan markets.

When not working she enjoys traveling, reading and community work.

Ian Kiptoo

Ian Kiptoo is the Director of Accounting Services at PeakInsights, with over 10 years of experience in the fields of accounting, risk management, and external audit. Ian brings a wealth of expertise and a deep understanding of financial operations across various sectors, including financial services, government corporations, and non-profit organizations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics and Resource Management from the University of Kabianga, where he developed a strong foundation in economic principles and resource management strategies.

He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K), a qualification that underscores his proficiency in accounting and financial management. In addition to his professional credentials, Ian is an active member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). His commitment to continuous learning and adherence to ethical standards has positioned him as a trusted advisor and leader in the accounting field. At PeakInsights, Ian is responsible for overseeing accounting services, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and providing strategic guidance to clients. His comprehensive approach to accounting and dedication to excellence make him an invaluable asset to the organizations he serves.

Lewis Githaiga

Lewis is a Financial Consultant at PeakInsights, where his expertise in finance, management and strategy consulting shines through. With over 5 years of experience across various local and global organizations, he has demonstrated a consistent track record of delivering pragmatic solutions and strategies aimed at fostering business transformation and excellence.
His diverse skill set, including effective marketing strategies, polished communication, adept team collaboration, insightful problem-solving, and sound decision-making, equips him to navigate complex business environments with finesse, making him an indispensable asset for SMEs and startups seeking growth opportunities. Caleb Makomere

Caleb is a financial consultant at PeakInsights. A dedicated and results-oriented financial professional with a strong foundation in finance, economics and statistics. Possessing a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Statistics from Egerton University, he has a solid understanding of complex financial concepts and data analysis. Caleb is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Finance and Investments at the University of Nairobi, and he is an ardent reader. His expertise extends to financial planning, analysis, and consultancy, with a particular focus on serving Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs).
Caleb is a CPA (K), and has dedication to achieving the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in his work. He is passionate about leveraging my knowledge and skills to help businesses achieve their financial goals and navigate the ever-evolving financial landscape.
With over 5 years of experience in the field, Caleb has honed his skills in financial modeling, risk assessment and strategic planning. His ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights has enabled him to provide valuable guidance to hundreds of clients and
